I recently found these Martha Stewart storage containers and have become obsessed with them!! As you can see, they come in various shapes and sizes. I love the color of the tops - kind of an aqua blue. She even has small scoops in some of them for a little lagniappe! I have to admit this display didn't look quite like this before I took this picture, but the organizer in me felt it was "sinful" for this to not be organized! (I was actually hoping I got it done before any salesperson caught me)!!

My Sister's Kitchen Pantry
Yesterday I started my weekly "Organizational Tips" post. I plan to post a new one every Monday morning, so don't forget to check it out every week!
Part of my day yesterday was spent reorganizing a kitchen pantry for one of my many sisters. Personally, I like to group pantry items into baskets as it makes it more efficient when I'm going to prepare meals/dishes, etc. I organize the baskets by baking goods, canned goods, snacks, etc. I was able to use different baskets she already had, so the only purchase she had to make were a few canisters. Sometimes I label the baskets with mini-chalkboards (so the labels are easy to change if you need to), but you could make the labels with arts and crafts you already have around the house. She was thrilled with the end result. Here are some pictures:

My First Post
Welcome, officially, to my new blog! I've recently started my own business, O is for Organize., Inc., and I plan to use this blog as a way of communicating with everyone about the business and its latest projects. Also, I hope to share organizational tips that will not only help you organize different rooms of your home and/or office, but also, help you organize your life. Please stay on the lookout for upcoming posts on both previous projects and future projects. I'm really looking forward to continuing to do what I love and beginning to share the journey with all of you.
