So, to kick this new topic off, I decided to share a breakfast recipe that was passed on to me a few years ago and has been a huge hit for our family and friends.
Here's what you will need:
1 - 10 count can or 2 - 5 count cans of refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 - 8 ounce package of cream cheese
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter, melted
Separate dough into 10 biscuits and press into 1/4" thick
Place cream cheese cubes in center of dough and gather up sides to close filling. Press edges together. Place seam side up in sprayed muffin pan. Drizzle remaining butter and cinnamon mixture over the top of biscuits.
